Department: Food & Beverage
Location: Greece (Halkidiki, Corfu, Kos or Crete island) & Spain (Marbella & Mallorca)
Duration: 3 – 6 months (between March – November)
As an F&B Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in roles such as Assistant Waiter, Bartender, Hostess, or Room Service Attendant within the Food & Beverage department, according to operational needs and your Manager’s direction.
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome and service to guests.
- Prepare mise en place and complete side duties at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked workstations at all times.
- Manage dining reservations and guest allocations according to established service standards.
- Support Food & Beverage operations through additional tasks such as bartending, hosting, room service, or other responsibilities assigned by the F&B or Restaurant Manager, according to operational needs.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance.
